Before you reserve
How much does it cost, really?+
$97 plus applicable sales tax — one time. That single payment covers three Evergreen State Fair seasons (about $32/season). No monthly fees, no renewal charges.
When is the mailbox active?+
Your mailbox is active August 1 – September 15 each year — that covers early arrival, setup weeks, the full fair run (August 27–September 1 & September 3–7, 2026 this year), and teardown afterward. Packages arriving outside the window may be refused, so plan orders accordingly.
What can I receive?+
Unlimited letter mail plus up to 20 packages per fair season (additional packages $5 each). Package limit is 22"×22"×22" and 50 lbs. We’re a mailbox service, not a warehouse — freight, pallets, and bulk inventory shipments can’t be accepted.
Will Amazon, FedEx, and UPS actually deliver there?+
Yes. Because it’s a real street address (not a P.O. Box), every major carrier — Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL — delivers to us daily. Use your full name and PMB number at checkout and we sign for everything.
What address do I give suppliers?+
19916 Old Owen Rd, Monroe, WA 98272 — plus the PMB (private mailbox) number you receive at registration. Always include your name and PMB number so we can match arrivals to you.
How long do you hold packages after I’m notified?+
7 days from the notification date. If you know you can’t pick up quickly, tell us in advance and we’ll work with you. Unclaimed packages after 7 days may be returned to sender.
What do I need to sign up?+
Two forms of ID, one with a photo (driver’s license or passport — out-of-state is fine). USPS Form 1583 is required by law for anyone receiving mail at a commercial address; we fill it out with you in about 10 minutes.
I’m out of town — can I reserve now and sign the paperwork when I arrive?+
Yes. Reserve below and we’ll email you an invoice through Square. Once it’s paid, your mailbox is reserved — then bring your two IDs and sign USPS Form 1583 whenever you get to town. Signing takes about 10 minutes and your address starts receiving right away.
How do I pay?+
Reserving remotely? We email you a secure Square invoice you can pay online. In town already? Walk in and pay at the counter. Either way it’s one payment — no monthly billing.
Can a crew member pick up packages for me?+
Yes. Tell us who’s authorized when you sign up and they can collect mail and packages on your behalf with their ID — handy when you can’t leave the booth.
What if I skip a year at the fair?+
Your three seasons don’t have to be consecutive. Skip a year and your remaining seasons carry forward — the address is there when you come back.
What if a package arrives after September 15?+
Tell us where you’re headed and we’ll forward late-arriving mail or packages to your home base or next stop for the cost of postage plus a small handling fee. Nothing gets returned to sender without you knowing.
I need an address year-round, not just for the fair. Can you do that?+
Yes — we offer full private mailbox plans with 24/7 access starting at $90 for 3 months. If you start seasonal and want to upgrade, we’ll apply your setup so you don’t redo Form 1583.
Is this available for other events at the fairgrounds?+
The seasonal plan is structured around the Evergreen State Fair calendar. If you’re a vendor at other fairgrounds events during the year, contact us and we’ll find the right option.
