Paper overload is the real problem

When the Back Room Starts Acting Like a Records Warehouse

Most scanning jobs do not begin as a technology project. They begin with too much paper: banker boxes under desks, clips and staples slowing every search, and a file you know exists but cannot put your hands on fast enough. That is the frustration these pages should sell against, and the local answer is simple: bring the paper in and let us turn the pile into usable files.

Local since 1982 — and your files never leave

The big scanning companies lean on scale and offsite warehouses. We lean on the opposite. Every job is scanned right here on Old Owen Road by the same staff you hand it to — no third-party contractors, no boxes shipped out of state, no anonymous processing queue. Our production scanner is genuinely fast (70 pages per minute), but the reason people keep coming back is simpler: they know exactly who has their paperwork, and it's a neighbor.

Local proof

Why Monroe Businesses Trust Us With Sensitive Paper

Liberty and the bigger regional scanners sell scale, certifications, and warehouse process. Our advantage is different: your files stay with the same Monroe team from drop-off to delivery. For estates, contractors, real estate files, and family archives, that local chain of custody is often the real deciding factor.
  • Serving Monroe since 1982 from the same Old Owen Road location.
  • 124+ Google reviews and a long history with Monroe, Sultan, and Gold Bar customers.
  • In-store scanning by local staff instead of boxing jobs up for a remote production floor.
  • Straight answers about what we can scan, what we cannot, and what turnaround looks like before you commit.

Great and friendly staff. Remember me by name. I use them because I spend so much time in the hospital and they hold my mail for me. They do USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon for packages.

Scanning FAQ

The basics. Each service page has more — or just call us.

Do I need an appointment?

No — walk in during business hours. For very large bulk jobs, a quick call ahead helps us prepare, but it's never required.

How fast is your scanner?

Our production scanner runs 70 pages per minute in duplex with a 100-page feeder. Small jobs are often same-day; larger box jobs typically take 1–3 business days.

USB or email — how do I get my files?

Your choice. PDFs (or image files for photos) on a USB drive or by email. For large bulk jobs, USB is often most practical — just tell us when you drop off.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your documents are handled only by our local staff in the Monroe store — never sent to a third party or offsite facility. Files go directly to you and aren't stored long-term.

What can't you scan?

We don't scan 35mm slides or film negatives (those need a film scanner), and we don't do wide-format blueprints. We handle standard documents and printed photos up to legal size in the feeder, plus oversized pages up to about 11×17 by hand. Unsure? Call (360) 805-9250.

Can I drop off from Sultan or Gold Bar?

Absolutely. Customers drive in from across the Sky Valley on Highway 2. Walk-ins welcome Monday through Saturday — no need to go to Everett or Seattle.
